Delete your account

Request permanent deletion of your Cam Radar account and associated cloud account data.

Available to every Cam Radar user
Deletion is permanent

After completion, the Firebase authentication account cannot be restored. You can create a new account later, but it will not recover deleted account data.

Submit a deletion request

  1. Email legal@unifyn.ai from the email address associated with your Cam Radar account.
  2. Use the subject Delete my Cam Radar account and state whether you signed in with Google or Apple.
  3. We may send a verification step to prevent unauthorized deletion. Do not send a password or authentication token.
  4. After verification, we will complete the request within 30 days and confirm by email.

What will be deleted

Deletion does not remove data controlled independently by Google or Apple. Use their account controls to revoke Cam Radar sign-in access as well.

What is stored only on your device

Camera names, addresses, usernames, protected passwords, preferences and cached snapshots are stored locally rather than in the Cam Radar cloud account. To remove them, delete each saved camera, clear the app's storage in device settings, or uninstall Cam Radar. Device or cloud backups may preserve app data according to your operating-system backup settings.

Data that may remain temporarily

Firebase Crashlytics diagnostic records are not designed as account content and may remain for their normal retention period. Firebase states that crash traces and associated identifiers are retained for 90 days before deletion begins. Limited records may also be retained when required for fraud prevention, security, legal compliance or proof that a deletion request was fulfilled.

Delete data without deleting the account

You may request access, correction or deletion of specific personal information by emailing legal@unifyn.ai. You can remove local camera data directly in the app or device settings.
