Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of the Cam Radar applications, website and support services.
Effective and last updated: August 17, 2026Cam Radar is a viewing utility, not an emergency, life-safety, alarm dispatch or guaranteed security service. Never rely on it as the sole means of protecting people or property.
1. Agreement
By downloading, accessing or using Cam Radar, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Cam Radar provides the service described in these Terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering this agreement. You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting access to your Google or Apple sign-in account and devices. Information you provide must be accurate. Notify support promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
3. Limited license
Subject to these Terms and applicable store rules, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use Cam Radar on devices you own or control. We and our licensors retain all rights not expressly granted.
4. Authorized camera use
You may connect only to cameras, recorders, streams and networks you own or are authorized to access. You are responsible for notices, consent and legal compliance relating to surveillance, audio monitoring, recording, employees, visitors and public spaces. Laws differ by location.
You must not use Cam Radar to invade privacy, stalk or harass anyone, facilitate unlawful surveillance, bypass access controls, probe systems without authorization, distribute malware, infringe rights or violate any law.
5. Equipment, networks and third-party services
Cam Radar depends on compatible cameras, firmware, network conditions, ONVIF/RTSP implementations, operating systems and third-party authentication services. Compatibility and uninterrupted operation are not guaranteed. Camera manufacturer, Apple, Google, Firebase and network-provider terms may apply separately.
You are responsible for securing your cameras and network, including changing default passwords, applying security updates and avoiding unsafe public exposure.
6. Free service and future changes
Cam Radar is currently offered without subscription fees or advertising. We may add, modify or discontinue features, platforms or availability. If paid features are introduced, pricing and applicable store purchase terms will be disclosed before purchase. These Terms do not create a promise that every feature will remain free forever.
7. Updates and availability
Updates may be required for security, compatibility or continued use. We may suspend service to address abuse, legal requirements, threats or technical issues. Local camera viewing may continue independently of account services, depending on app design and device state.
8. Intellectual property and feedback
Cam Radar, its design, software, branding and content are protected by intellectual-property laws. Open-source components remain governed by their respective licenses. If you submit feedback, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right to use it without obligation to you.
9. Termination and account deletion
You may stop using the app at any time and request account deletion through the Account and Data Deletion page. We may restrict or terminate access for material violations, unlawful use or serious security risk. Sections intended by their nature to survive termination will survive.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cam Radar is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy or compatibility. We do not warrant that feeds will always connect, display in real time, remain secure or be free from interruption or errors. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so they may not apply to you.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cam Radar and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of property, missed events, security incidents, business interruption or lost profits arising from Cam Radar. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the free service will not exceed USD 50 or the minimum amount required by law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Indemnity
Where permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Cam Radar against third-party claims arising from your unlawful surveillance, unauthorized camera access, violation of another person's privacy or rights, or material breach of these Terms.
13. Governing terms and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Cam Radar is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections in your country remain unaffected. Before filing a claim, contact legal@unifyn.ai and allow 30 days for an informal resolution. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear unresolved disputes.
14. Apple-specific terms
If you obtained Cam Radar through Apple, these Terms are between you and Cam Radar, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. Your use must comply with App Store usage rules. Apple is not responsible for product claims, legal compliance or intellectual-property claims concerning the app, except as required by applicable law. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where these Terms do not replace it.
15. Google Play-specific terms
If you obtained Cam Radar through Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not responsible for Cam Radar support. In a conflict, mandatory Google Play distribution terms control only to the extent required.
16. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, where required, additional notice. Questions may be sent to legal@unifyn.ai or through the Support page.
